    Can't add member with duplicate email [contour member tools]

    Umbraco v 4.7.2

    I am trying to add members and need to be able to add a different member with the same email address. i have added requiresUniqueEmail="false" to the web.config

    there is a work item [http://umbraco.codeplex.com/workitem/27358] which is quite old, but does not seem to have been resolved.

    I am using the contour member tools and a contour form to register for the site - could the problem be there instead??
